Service Agreement
Welcome! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between Park Disposal ("we" or "us") and you ("Customer") regarding our trash removal services. By signing up, you agree to these Terms.
Service Details

Bin Delivery & Schedule: Your bin will be delivered on the Friday following sign-up (cut-off Thursday 3:00 pm). Service start date is determined by the us. Check our schedule page for details.

Bin Placement: Place your bin at the curb (or designated location for white glove service) by 7:00 am on your pickup day.

Bin Care: Park Disposal owns the bin. Do not alter it (drill, cut, paint, mark). Secure lids with a bungee cord or ratchet straps.
Prohibited Items
Only approved items may be placed in the bin. Prohibited items include:

Batteries & devices with integrated batteries (fire hazard)

Paint, aerosols, hazardous waste

Construction debris (drywall, concrete, tile, shingles)
Bagging Trash (County-Wide Requirement)
Due to high winds, all trash bags must be bagged and tied securely inside the bin. Any unbagged trash will be left in the trash bin until it is bagged.
White Glove Service (ONLY FOR WHITE GLOVE CLIENTS)

Accessibility: Ensure your bin is easily accessible at the designated location. We cannot move obstacles like bikes or cars. A reasonably cleared driveway (including snow) is required.

Garage Access: You authorize us to access your garage or designated area for pickup. It is the customers responsibility to share garage codes with Park Disposal upon sign-up and if the code changes.
Payment

Garbage service is billed automatically each month and continues until terminated by either party.

We reserve the right to refuse service based on accessibility within our service area. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Termination
You may terminate service with a written notice. We may terminate service for cause (e.g., non-payment, safety hazards). Prorated refunds may be offered for unused service periods.
Missed Pickups
If your trash is not picked up on schedule, please report it within 24 hours by calling 719-839-6016 or emailing daniel@parkdisposal.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Service Disruptions Due to Weather
Park Disposal prioritizes the safety of our employees and customers. In cases of severe weather, such as blizzards or heavy snowfall, we may be forced to delay or suspend trash collection services. We will make every effort to notify customers of service disruptions via email, phone calls, texts, or postings on our website. Missed pickups due to weather will be collected on the next regularly scheduled pickup day, or as soon as possible thereafter.
Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear during trash removal. However, we are liable for damage caused by negligence.
Communication
We may contact you via email, phone or text regarding your service. You may opt-out of marketing emails by replying "STOP" to any promotional message.
Revisions to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes.

This website is owned and operated by Park Disposal. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information regarding our service area, schedule, and the ability to subscribe to services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When subscribing to a service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full service description before making a commitment to purchasing or subscribing: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a service when you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page. Any changes made to price for currently subscribed customers will be made with 30 days notice.
The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

We may, with 30 days notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
When we receive a valid claim for a service purchased from us, we will either complete the service as outlined in the service description, refund the purchase price of the service, or provide a prorated credit for the service.
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.
