
Park Disposal- Moving into our new billing system.
Park Disposal is switching our billing system from Wix to Hero Hauler to provide you with a more streamlined and feature-rich experience.

What this means for you:
With your new Hero Hauler account, you can:

Log in to view your specific services and scheduled service dates.

Manage payment methods (Credit, Debit, and ACH are currently accepted; Google Pay and Apple Pay are coming soon).

Sign up for Auto Pay.

Access and download all your receipts.
-
Pause your service or easily switch service plans if desired.
Updated Billing Schedule:
With this transition, we are moving all accounts to a billing date of the 1st of each month. If your current payment date is not the 1st, your first bill under the new system will include a prorated amount to align your account with the new schedule.
For example, if you typically pay $65 on the 18th of the month, your first statement will reflect a charge for the remainder of the current month ($14.67) plus your regular $65 for the upcoming month. After this initial adjustment, you will simply be charged $65 on the 1st of every month moving forward.

If you require your payment to be processed on a different day of the month, please reply to this email with your preferred date, and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Credit Card Surcharge:
Please be aware that a 3% surcharge will now be applied to all credit card transactions. This surcharge does not apply to debit card or ACH payments.

Next Steps:
To get started, please check your inbox for a separate email containing your unique login link. We ask that you log in and add your preferred payment method as soon as possible. Adding payment information is required for all accounts, regardless of how long you have been with Park Disposal or when you started service.
